Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate power tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- Mix concrete, sand, and cement for foundations and other structural work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and site managers.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Qualifications
- No experience required. We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
