Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and transport them to designated storage areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the site foreman.
- Perform basic site cleanup and general labor duties.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions.
- Valid government-issued ID required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
