- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under direct supervision.
- Site Prep: Perform basic site preparation tasks such as digging, grading, and concrete finishing.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Strength: Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
