Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all project schedules, safety protocols, and company guidelines at all times.
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and setting up scaffolding.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates who are eager to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
