Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as directed by the Foreman.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, shoveling, and concrete pouring.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general maintenance is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
