Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and site cleanup.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools (e.g., saws, drills) under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, excavation, and demolition duties.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights if required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and estimating material needs.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and a post-offer drug screen.
