Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions.
- Perform site preparation and cleanup as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Experience in construction or labor is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit and able to follow strict safety guidelines.
