Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites efficiently.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment under strict supervision.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and excavation as required.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
