Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site efficiently.
- Trade Support: Help skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carrying lumber, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site at the end of each shift to prevent accidents.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero construction experience; comprehensive training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Attendance: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success.
- Communication Skills: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including potential overtime.
