Your Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer on our night shift, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our job sites. You will work closely with foremen and skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
