Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Assist in the operation of heavy machinery, such as forklifts, jackhammers, and concrete mixers.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized job site, including removal of debris and waste.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with various tasks.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and reports regarding work performed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to understand instructions.
