Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and power equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with scaffolding, demolition, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal daily
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
