Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload building materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Tool Operation: Assist in the operation of basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Assembly: Help with basic on-site assembly of structures and materials.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Crew Support: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Safety Mindset: Familiarity with basic construction safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
