Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, or concrete pouring.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites efficiently.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is preferred.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment.
