Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, cutting, and lifting.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and obstacles.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform general labor duties as directed by site supervisors.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or job instructions when available.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; training will be provided.
