Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and masonry.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up barriers.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools under supervision when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform general labor tasks such as hauling, mixing concrete, or painting as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
