Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
