Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and roofing.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Perform digging, lifting, and carrying of heavy objects as required.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards (5S compliance).
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and writing skills are helpful for safety documentation.
