Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks such as framing, drywalling, and general site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and site plans.
- Handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
