Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on-site.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, lifting, and cleaning debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Measure, cut, and assist in the assembly of building components.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic site instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
