Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, trenching, and leveling.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Clean and maintain the construction site to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and correctly.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Follow all safety regulations (OSHA) and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as carrying heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to perform physical labor that requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
- Basic reading and math skills for measuring materials and following instructions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a diverse team.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with potential weekend overtime.
