Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Mark and measure areas as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work hard (No experience required).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in DC and Northern VA.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends or early mornings.
