Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Prepare construction sites by digging trenches, setting forms, and pouring concrete.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. We are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
