Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends if necessary.
