Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and ensure proper storage.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (including forklifts) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including sweeping, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
