Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack lumber, concrete, and other building materials safely.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and trash.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment (wheelbarrows, forklifts) under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Trade Assistance: Assist electricians, carpenters, and other skilled workers with daily tasks.
- Demolition & Prep: Perform light demolition, digging, and site preparation work as directed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
