Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Assist with digging, pouring concrete, framing, and other general construction duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools or equipment when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the crew to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking on uneven terrain.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is preferred.
- Experience with power tools or previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
