Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and light construction machinery.
- Prepare surfaces by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Mix concrete and assist with basic concrete finishing.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
