Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Work closely with journeyman electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform Basic Tasks: Assist with pulling wire, terminating cables, mounting boxes, and performing basic circuit testing under supervision.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Maintain a safe work environment by following all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare job sites, including gathering materials, cleaning areas, and ensuring tools are in proper working order.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service by treating customers with respect and maintaining a professional appearance on-site.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills are necessary for reading blueprints and calculating measurements.
- Attitude: A willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
