Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Work rotating night shifts (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM) to provide after-hours service to clients.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards in Tennessee and Georgia.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on client sites.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding job progress and requirements.
- Assist in training junior apprentices when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License or Master Plumber License in Tennessee or Georgia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
