Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial projects.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate project updates clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are inspected and in proper working condition.
- Assist in training junior apprentices and maintaining team workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Electrician License (Apprenticeship allowed with trade school diploma).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on electrical experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
