Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and blueprints.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level labor roles).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
