Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and levels, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for material needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have valid legal work authorization.
- No prior construction experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
