Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, concrete pouring, and rough framing.
- Operate power tools, heavy machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring debris is removed regularly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist with project layout.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic math skills for reading blueprints and measuring materials.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team environment.
