Responsibilities
- Perform general site duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, cleaning, and setting up work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
