Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Follow all project instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic English proficiency for understanding safety instructions and verbal directions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
