Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Assist in the loading, unloading, and transport of construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site preparation work to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under supervision and help operate hand tools.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons by providing necessary labor and support.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe workspace for everyone.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and cutting materials to required specifications when directed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on concrete.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Tools: Willingness to learn how to use and care for basic hand and power tools.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
