Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Material Handling: Load and unload lumber, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks to job sites.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe environment.
- Equipment Prep: Help prepare construction sites by setting up scaffolding, barriers, and signage.
- Communication: Relay instructions from supervisors to the crew and maintain clear communication throughout the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Valid ID: Must provide valid documentation for employment eligibility in the United States.
