Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and material organization.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying inventory and placing materials in designated areas.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of job site structures as required.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Willingness to follow strict safety protocols and wear necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards is a plus.
