Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and material handling on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation, assembly, and preparation for various construction activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Transport materials, tools, and debris to and from work areas efficiently.
- Follow all project blueprints and supervisor instructions accurately.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for long shifts.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is highly preferred.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
