Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift).
- Physically demanding work requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
