Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform general cleanup duties at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to learn.
- Must be 18 years or older.
