Responsibilities
- Assist site supervisors and experienced tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and basic carpentry.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely at the job site.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and trash disposal.
- Transport materials to and from work areas using hand trucks, forklifts, or personal vehicles as directed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under close supervision and following safety guidelines.
- Ensure the work area is safe, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and labor standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
