Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Skill Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Site Maintenance: Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs), and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
