Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform digging, leveling, and general site preparation as directed by supervisors.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to required specifications using hand and power tools.
- Observe all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (required for site transport).
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
