Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material sorting.
- Load and unload lumber, tools, and building materials from trucks.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Follow strict OSHA safety guidelines and site protocols at all times.
- Lift, carry, and position heavy construction materials and equipment.
- Communicate clearly with the site foreman and team members.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
