Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills are preferred.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
