Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and concrete work.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, drawings, and safety instructions.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
