Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Install and maintain lighting systems, outlets, circuit breakers, and conduits.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and handheld devices.
