Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and work areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Handle and organize electrical tools and materials efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
